HONDA RACING UK UNVEIL 2023 FIREBLADE
Honda Racing UK have revealed the 2023 livery for the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP that John McGuinness MBE and Nathan Harrison will pilot at this year’s Isle of Man TT Races.
2022 marked the 30th anniversary of the iconic Fireblade with a colour scheme inspired by the original 1992 model, but this year sees a return to the more familiar ‘Grand Prix Red’ and a design that closely follows the road-going production machine.
Fish and chips, gin and tonic, McGuinness and the Fireblade – somethings just work together.
The reveal comes a few short weeks after it was confirmed that 23-time TT winner John McGuinness would continue with the TT’s most decorated marque for another year, and that he would be joined by Manxman, Nathan Harrison.
It’s a dream call-up for the 24-year old who took a top-10 finish in only his first Senior TT appearance last year.
Nathan Harrison gets the dream call up after impressing on his TT debut last year.
Preparations for the 2023 season are well underway with testing set to commence in early March as McGuinness and Harrison ramp up their preparations for the TT, where they will both contest the RST Superbike Race, two Superstock Races, and the Milwaukee Senior TT with Honda Racing UK.
