RADIO & PODCAST: TUNE IN TO TT
Radio TT returns to the airwaves for the 2023 Isle of Man TT Races, with full coverage of every qualifying session and every race broadcast live from the famous TT Grandstand, whilst Chris Pritchard and Steve Plater also return for a second year of The TT Daily Podcast.
Relaunched in 2022, the new-look Radio TT was able to provide near-complete and continuous oversight of all the action thanks to the introduction of the live television broadcast, which was supplemented by split-second timing data to provide a new level of immediacy and accuracy to the radio broadcasts.
YOUR PRESENTING TEAM
Taking the prestigious lead commentator role for Radio TT in 2023 is seasoned sports broadcaster, Ashley House. Having previously worked across the Dakar Rally, Champions League and FIFA World Cup, the Tour de France and more, Ashley is no stranger to anchoring coverage for prestigious sports events and is set to be a commanding presence in the famous commentary point that overlooks the Glencrutchery Road start-finish line.
Chris Boyde will be alongside Ashley as he returns to his role of chief-analyst. Chris has been commentating on Manx motorsport for years and has an unrivalled knowledge of the facts and figures that are so important in telling the story of a race against the clock. Armed with more real-time data than ever before, Chris will be able to pull out all the developing stories as they happen.
Radio TT wouldn’t be complete without the daily reporting from the paddock, parc ferme or pit lane, and Isle of Man radio personalities, Chris Kinley and Beth Espey, continue as roving reporters on the ground for 2023.

Chris needs little introduction to road race fans, having covered the TT – as well as numerous other events – since 2003. Beth was a new voice to race fans in 2022 and her engaging interview style quickly endeared her to listeners and paddock personnel alike.
The two reporters on the ground will be ably supported by a pair of expert pundits: Jenny Tinmouth and Mike Booth.
Despite not racing at the TT for over a decade, Jenny remains a firm favourite here on the Island, and holds two world records thanks to her achievements at the TT. Today the former factory Honda rider splits her time between building and racing bikes with her work as a stunt rider on the big screen, using her skills on a motorcycle to provide some edge-of-your seat excitement to a number of blockbuster movies.
Mike, meanwhile, joins the Radio TT presenting team for the first time. The entertaining Yorkshireman is no stranger to the microphone, however, as one of the main presenters on the popular 44teeth YouTube channel. Having lapped the TT Course at an average speed just shy of 126mph, he’ll provide invaluable insight into the minds of TT competitors.

The TT Daily Podcast returns for 2023 with Chris Pritchard and Steve Plater once again guiding listeners through all the goings on at the Isle of Man TT Races.
Available from 10am each day from Monday 29th May through to Sunday 11th June, The TT Daily Podcast will be home to all the behind-the-scenes audio you need, whether you’re on the Island or tuning in from around the world.
From the riders’ motorhomes to the start line; Chris and Steve will provide access all areas coverage to the best two weeks of motorsport in the calendar.

HOW TO LISTEN TO RADIO TT AND THE TT PODCAST
Radio TT is available on-island via FM and AM frequencies, and will also be broadcast at a number of spectator locations around the TT Course. Listeners around the world can tune in online via the Manx Radio website and via the Official Live Timing Service.
